We are grateful that we have a fantastic and skilled Team. We are hugely invested in our Team and love our ethos. It’s a great pleasure that everyone is super happy to come to work. We all get massive satisfaction out of being involved in a great initiative and the opportunity to help so many people is a superb feeling. We love hearing from our valued customers, and it makes our day when we hear people say they don’t have to make a choice between “heating or eating”.
I stumbled on the EC04 Scheme after a family member qualified, I was amazed that they received a full gas central heating system absolutely free! The installation was valued at circa £10,000!
I was very sceptical and dived straight in to research this scheme (which was established in 2013) and how it operated. Being entrepreneurial in nature, I quickly spotted an opportunity to be able to help people access this scheme. Elements Energy Solutions Ltd was established.
I started to quickly build a Team with the first member being Mickey, his unique skill set was just too good to pass up.

I have spent my career, also spare time in Education and Property. So, when the opportunity to combine the two became available it was an absolute no brainer to join the fantastic team at Elements Energy Solutions.
My role and intention is to educate the public on the fantastic benefits of sustainable energy through this amazing Government Initiative which provides free home upgrades. What’s not to like?
My role within EES is to provide vision and leadership to the team ensuring that we are constantly evolving and growing. My position is to deliver training and strategies for our Elements team to make sure that we are reaching and helping as many households as possible. The world of energy efficiency can be complicated (to say the least) so it is my job to make sure every team member is educated and up to speed with current laws and regulations so that it can be explained to our clients in a clear, 'down to earth' and understandable way. The goal is to fit every single property possible with the eco-friendly equipment it needs to create a greener future and most importantly to end fuel poverty for all UK residents.
I am the purveyor of good vibes in our office. My favourite place is the kitchen/ break room, being a Labrador I am always hungry.
I have great responsibilities within the Team, my favourite one is, greeting the humans every day, and basically every time they move, I have to check they are ok and make sure they pat me.
Say hello to me and if you have any questions for me, I have several humans on standby to answer. Humans make great Personal Assistants and are the best at giving me treats, especially when I give them my best puppy eyes.
