We completed this installation in January’24. We removed the old boiler, immersion tank, radiators and replaced with an ‘A’ rated combi Boiler, new radiators, and smart thermostat. Hear from Racheal;
Originally, when I was told about this, I thought it was a bit of a scam. Just solely, because why would I be entitled to anything. Yes, I have a disabled child. Yes, I get tax credits but I didn't think I would qualify or my home would.
However, Elements Energy Solutions, did all the paperwork for me... Within three weeks, I had engineers on my door... I genuinely didn't realise that after 25 years of the same boiler, how much money I was wasting.
I can genuinely say if you give them a call, they can find out if you qualify... I was very, very impressed with the service and I would genuinely hand on heart tell you this is the way forward with energy conservation and efficiency. Outstanding!

Qualified for a FREE Combi (Condensing) Boiler, Radiators & Smart Controls

I recently applied for the government ECO4 boiler scheme (My back boiler was 30yrs old and due to be condemned).
I was very sceptical regarding the free boiler scheme as most thought it could be a scam… it’s not!
As soon as my application was received I got a call from Natasha who was a pleasure to speak to and extremely helpful and explained the criteria needed. It was a simple process, and I was updated at every stage.
Within days process was completed and my application accepted.
A Surveyor arrived to assess what I would need. Then I got a call from Natasha saying I had received the grant and it would be possible to make an appointment for installation the following day!
The whole process was made so easy by Natasha who was a superstar
I am now the proud owner of a new condensing Boiler and very much looking forward to a warm toasty winter.

Thank-you for all the support you have shown throughout applying for our grant, Natasha. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the combi boiler. This has been such a God send. I’m disabled and have respiratory issues, living with my elderly Mother. We have never had central heating in the house. The grant has made it possible for central heating to be installed along with a new boiler.
The team arrived early at got started straight away, it was a big team and they all got on with their own jobs, they were so polite kept us informed with everything they were doing. They cleaned as they went and left us with no mess.
We had 9 radiators installed and a new boiler, the team capped off and removed two old gas heaters (our old heating). This was all done in one day.
The installation of the new central heating system has completely changed how we are able to live in the colder months. From just keeping one room warm, we are now able to live in the whole house. This has made life that little bit easier.
